Villa Kejora is more suitable for young or small families as the place is very convenient with the many amenities that are all located within a close reach away. But it is definitely not a good option for a large family due to its small built-up size. One thing that has been an issue is the traffic congestion at the Relau-Sungai Ara junction and the traffic from Paya Terubong further adds to the traffic congestion which has become a daily ritual for those staying in that area. The congestion is just terrible.
