    Analysis

Bukit Subang is a calm and serene township. Most residents love to stay in Bukit Subang because of the surrounding and affordable price tags. The developer seems generous to provide very wide roads in front the houses that allow the residents to park their cars in front the house without causing trouble to other residents. Most claim that the houses here are pretty well designed and looked decent. The prices of the homes have appreciated steadily since the opening of Denai Alam township. The biggest drawback of this township is its location. Bukit Subang is only served by Jalan Sungai Buloh and Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) as its main access routes. The township is about 34 km to KLCC, 17 km to Subang Parade, 12.6 km to Subang Airport and 23 km to Damansara Utama. There have been several break-ins occurred in 2011. In April 2011 itself, there were 3 break-in cases have occurred within the guarded community in spite each resident paying RM50 for the security service per month. One of the victims claimed that he lost a plasma TV, jewellery, hand phones and RM30,000 in cash. The incident was believed to occur at 8 pm, while the neighbors were in the house.
