We all know that if a developer takes too long to develop a property, it usually means bad news. This seems to be the case with Bayan Villa, as the complete development of the property seems to have been delayed time and time again. Bayan Villa was recently awarded the Award Winners of PAM Awards 2010 on Special Catagory - "Bayan Villa Green Streets & Central Park".The overall concept of Bayan Villa rather nice, however the developer has had to cut some costs such as using tar for the car park instead of red brick like how it was shown in the display unit. False advertising? Perhaps. Whether or not you think replacing a car park surface is a big deal or not, the question to ask is what other areas has this developer cut cost in order to develop this property.In terms of living, if you do like the Seri Kembangan area, then it is ok. The good news is that there is rental potential here, as it is close by to many educational facilities, Technology Park Malaysia, and it is also next door to the Seri Kembangan Business Centre. A bus does stop nearby to Bayan Villa to take students to one of the many universities nearby. The bad news is that the main highway link to get to Bayan Villa is famous for traffic congestion.
