Most of the apartments in the area are medium-cost housing and range between RM115,000 and RM130,000. There are no lifts in the building, so walking up 5 floors may be too much for some. There are also no covered parking bays. Most of the units at Gladden Court are owner occupied and rental units are few even though rental rates per month are only around RM700. There are not many facilities within the compound to service the residents but the many amenities nearby more than make up for it.
