Retirees are much welcome to live in Pantai Sepang Putra if one wants to enjoy the silence of the area. In addition, there's a beach just within few minutes drive away from the area which enables residents to enjoy some beach activities and sunshine.Besides the lack of amenities, residents complained about the bad condition of certain roads as there are potholes and the surrounding roads are not well lit. Due to the issue, security has become a great concern too.
