The developer's other notable projects within the area are the Danau Lumayan Avenue, The Lumayan Apartments, Mentari Condominiums, and the upcoming Lake Avenue. Completed in 2005, Vista Amani is surrounded by lots of greenery and landscaping, and many of the units enjoy a beautiful view of Taman Tasik Permaisuri. Plenty of new developments immediately surround the area. There seems to be a lot of high-rise and high-density condominiums and apartments within the area, suggesting high volume of traffic and low to medium income earning groups. Schools, supermarkets, places of worship, medical facilities, public transportation and other amenities are aplenty to cater to this large township that sits within the Cheras suburb. Still a fairly young property within the area, Vista Amani is an affordable and comfortable residential choice.
