The price of Riverdale Park has remained constant for quite a few years. In fact, there were a few units which have been auctioned a few months back. The main factor of this scenario is that the apartment is quite near to the landslide tragedy that happened in 2008 - which is just about 300m away. It was a very tragic day for Bukit Antarabangsa residents as 5 people were killed and the landslide has buried 14 bungalows in Taman Bukit Mewah and Taman Bukit Utama. Even though the government has disallow any new development within the hilly side, there is no guarantee that the landslide would not occur again as the soil of Bukit Antarabangsa consists of shale sandstone materials. If you are looking for cheap rental, Riverdale Park is indeed one of the cheapest you might find in Bukit Antarabangsa vicinity. However, if you are looking for purchase, you might as well consider Oakleaf Park which is newer and comes with full condominium facilities. Villa Duta is not a bad choice either as it is just a bit pricier than Riverdale Park but comes with aplenty of amenities.
