Nestled within the lush greenery and atop of the hill, the air is very breezy and fresh. Adding to that, Villa Duta offers scenic view of the KL city centre skyline that includes KLCC Twin Towers and KL Tower as the backdrop. Villa Duta is really run down and tired. It is highly visible from the outer look and the condition of the building and its facilities. Even though most of condominiums within the enclave are currently in the same state of condition, some of them are well maintained. If you are looking for a newer condominium, you should consider Oakleaf Park. Many people are still traumatic about the landslides occurred in Bukit Antarabangsa. The latest tragedy was December 6, 2008, which located just 700m away from Villa Duta. Even though the Government have taken precautionary steps to avoid it from happening again, there is no evidence saying that it would not happen again as according to the reconnaissance map from the Department of Agriculture, the soil of Bukit Antarabangsa is most probably consists of shale of sandstone materials.
