Other from UCSI, there are a few school located within the vicinity such as Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (C) Taman Connaught and Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Anggerik. Angkasa Condominiums is located at a very strategic location, as it is served by a network of highways and expressways, such as Lebuhraya Hubungan Timur Barat, Lebuhraya Cheras-Kajang and Middle Ring Road 2. Besides that, it is only 5 minutes drive to the nearest Bandar Tasik Selatan LRT station, where one can find KTM Komuter, Rapid KL LRT and KLIA Express. Furthermore, the newly build Integrated Transport Terminal for southern hub is located beside Bandar Tasik Selatan LRT Station.

Analysis
Owners of Angkasa Condominiums were upset due to the late handover of vacant possession by the developer. Furthermore, there are some complaints that the developer increased the maintenance charges from RM0.12 psf to RM0.18 psf, which is 50 percent increment from the rate given in their S&P agreement. Though that time there were some rumors that the developer is having internal problem, the developer managed to complete the project after nearly 7 to 8 months of delay.Angkasa Condominiums is initially developed to target the large market from UCSI nearby. Somehow, this has caused some problem to the residents staying at the condo, as there are too many of foreigners staying here, especially African who are creating disharmony. There is an incident of two Nigerian dead at Angkasa Condominiums due to suspected drug overdose. The residents there have an uneasy life due to the foreigners causing the social problems and the hike of crime cases here.Angkasa Condominiums however did provide quite good rental yield, as high as 7 to 8 percent mainly due to the highly demand from UCSI students. Thus, it is a good investment especially for those looking for high returns of the monthly rental. As for own staying, it doesn't appear an ideal place due to high number of foreigners and students staying here.
