The developer of Prima Tiara 1 CRSC Group has core business activities including project management, property development and construction. The group has also in recent years ventured into hospitality, medicine and agriculture. Rampai Business Park, Medical centre in Cheras, Hotel in Pudu and various properties in Desa Tun Razak. Taman Sri Sinar is complete with a variety of low - medium cost housing options, from landed property to high-rise and also commercial shop-offices to cater to the needs of residents. The Sri Sinar Monday-night market is located close by near some terrace houses. Prima Tiara 1 however has few amenities which is the gripe of residents paying about RM0.15 per month for the maintenance fees. There have been complaints about poor maintenance of the grounds, landscaping, lifts and rubbish and the lack of security for which there are plans for the installation of CCTV soon. Management of both Prima Tiara 1 & 2 condominiums is shared, but most of the facilities are located in Prima Tiara 2, much to the dismay of residents. And while only less than 5 years old, the paint from the building is in need of a new coat.
