Dijaya Corporation was established since June 1979, under the name of Itama. It had converted its name several times, and it was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on August 1992. Tropicana Golf and Country Resort is Dijaya's most successful development, which value has sky rocketed 500% since 1995. Other residential developments by Dijaya are Casa Tropicana, Casa Kiara I, Casa Suites, Tropicana City Tropics, Bayu Puteri, and Tropicana Grande. As for commercial, this includes Tropicana City Business Park, Arena Mentari and Tropicana Mall. The layout of Casa Indah 2 seems well proportioned, with kitchen space large enough to cater the whole family, and 2+1 room, one can find that its master bedroom is well sized, can fit a king-sized bed with other walk-in wardrobe nicely. Also, Type C with 1,422 sf built-up comprises an additional family area that can be converted to another room. Traffic congestion in surrounding areas is bad during peak hours. This problem is due to the over-development in Kota Damansara vicinity, and without proper access roads planned. Not only that, the traffic is also terrible during weekends as large crowds coming to the shopping enclave of Mutiara Damansara. Generally, there are 3 access roads available to cater to residents of Kota Damansara; which are via Tropicana, Persiaran Surian and NKVE. Tropicana access roads are mostly just 4-lane road. Persiaran Surian is a 6-lane road and caters millions of motorists every day. As for NKVE, you one to fork out money for the toll and still suffering bad congestion at the exit point. There is some upgrading works of NKVE tunnel at Persiaran Tropicana that will transform the 2-lane to 4-lane tunnel that will help ease the congestion in the area. It is expected to be completed anytime soon.There is also a proposed highway interchange located very near to Casa Indah 1. But it is quite a distance away from Casa Indah 2. If the highway is developed, it will ease the traffic congestion. But it will also open doors for developers to develop new developments on vacant lands which are still available in the area.Due to huge supply of residential in the area, demands seem unable to cope with the overwhelming supplies. There are plenty of low to high class high rise apartments along Persiaran Surian and its nearby area. Just next to Casa Indah 2 is Casa Indah 1, comprising of 498 units, making 1,000 units available within the small spot of land. Other high rise condominiums nearby are Cova Villa, Riana Green, Opal Damansara, Surian Condominiums, Sunway Sutera, Pelangi Damansara, Palm Spring, and Casa Tropicana.
