EVO SoHo Suites is developed by PKNS-Andaman Development Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture development between PKNS Holdings Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of PKNS) and Andaman Realty Sdn Bhd of Andaman Group. The property division of Andaman Group, Andaman Property Management Sdn Bhd was formed in 2005. It manages projects for the diversified Andaman Group and for developers and land owners, as well as construction management and advisory. Completed developments under its belt include Casa Subang Service Apartments in USJ, and Cova Villa, Cova Square & Soho and Cova Suites in Kota Damansara.
