Binastra Group was founded in 1979 as M/S Binastra Construction Sdn Bhd and within the six years of its establishment, the group obtained a class "A" construction license in 1984.~The group has since grown from strength to strength each year and over the years under the leadership of its founder and the management team, the construction arm has completed and delivered approximately over 160 projects throughout the country.~The projects completed range from residential housing, commercial centre, shop offices, high end condominium, industrial buildings, hotel and resort. With it vast experience in construction industry, the group move into property development in 2005 by undertaking development such as condominiums, factories, residential, commercial centre and shop offices.~Currently Binastra Group's property development division concentrate mainly in Klang Valley and Selangor and actively looking for land to replenish the group land bank. As the land in Klang Valley and Selangor is getting scarce and expensive, we will move to other locations if the potential is good. With reasonable pricing, good quality and timely delivery, we have set the benchmark in the industry and have a group of repeated buyers and investors following us in all the projects undertaken by the group.~Binastra Group has completed and delivered six projects and currently actively undertaking another six development projects at different stages and the group will soon have another six projects upcoming on stream.~With over 33 years of experience in the construction industry the group is considered one of the pioneers in the industry and thus assures our buyers of our quality workmanship and timely delivery.
