Engtex Properties Sdn Bhd is incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ENGTEX GROUP BERHAD, a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia since 2001. Engtex Group Berhad begins with the incorporation of Engtex Sdn Berhad in Malaysia on 31 December 1983. The company started off with a humble beginning as a hardware retail shop located in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. Over the years, the Group has integrated upward into manufacturing activities producing cement-lined pipes and fittings; pipes asphalt/coatings and bitumen product; cast foundry manufacturing of valves, fitting, manhole covers and pillars hydrant; steel welded wire mesh, hard- drawn wire as well as operating a Steel Service Centre.
