NewUrban Sdn.Bhd is a subsidiary company wholly owned by Ibraco Berhad. IBRACO was established in 1971 and is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. IBRACO has been in the forefront of property development for more than 40 years. The Company's segments include property development activities, property holding and management, construction works, quarry operations, and clubhouse operation. 

Ibraco's headquarter is based in Kuching, where it all started.  It is the developer of one of the oldest and most sought-after township in Kuching, the Greater Tabuan township.  In 2012, IBRACO expanded to Bintulu with its comprehensive integrated development project in the heart of Bintulu, namely the Town Square Bintulu.  In 2015, IBRACO continued to move beyond its comfort zone by venturing into West Malaysia, with its modest high-rise development in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, namely Continew Residence. Recently, Ibraco is establishing itself In another region adjacent to the city of Kuching, which is known as the medical and educational hub of the state, Kota Samarahan, with the development of the new township of Arden City.  Similarly, over in Petaling Jaya, Ibraco is also establishing itself in the midst of another medical and educational hub there, with the upcoming serviced apartment of NewUrban, at PJ South.  Ibraco was a recipient of the BrandLaureate Special Edition World Awards for Brand Excellence in Property-Township Development.
