Analysis
Residents of Sri Perdana should expect heavy traffic daily during peak hours as they are set close to many busy main roads. Traffic from Pulau Tikus, Jalan Burma, Jalan Pangkor and Jalan Kelawei are heavy every evening, and the Penang Island Municipal Council has very recently in July 2013 approved a few road diversions in an attempt to improve the traffic on the island during peak hours. The older residents of Sri Perdana are very fortunate as they would have bought their homes at very reasonably prices before the property boom in Penang. Prices at this condominium has been increasing steadily since 2009, due to its increasingly prestigious location. In 2009 in the midst of the economic crisis, a fully furnished and renovated unit only cost RM280,000. In 2013 four years later now, the lowest price for a unit is RM590,000.Sri Perdana shows much promise as an investment as can be seen on the past trend. As more new developments come up, prices at this condominium will increase; as it is this is one of the lowest priced condominiums in the area that offers sea views. As an own home this condominium is a good choice as it is very well maintained, well located and is aesthetically pleasing.
