Suria Magna is part of the fast developing township of Metro Prima, resulting in a vast number of amenities available in this area. On top of that, there are quite a few industrial parks in the vicinity of Suria Magna, for example the Sri Edaran Light Industrial Park. Thus, making Suria Magna a viable investment.Suria Magna was constructed to relocate the squatter colonies who previously occupied the land. The developer generously offered RM25,000 per unit, instead of taking up the ceiling price of RM42,000. To be eligible for the scheme, one would have to register with CHKL under the Open Registration System.Suria Magna is not without faults. In 2005, a ten-year old boy met his death after falling through a faulty lift shaft. Lifts breaking down was a common occurrence for the residents at the time. After the tragedy, the management intended to install CCTV camera inside the lifts, hiring two security guards for night security and employ an on-site lift technician instead of outsourcing.
