    The location of 98 Nibong Residence is excellent in terms of amenities and accessibility, but there are a few locations nearby that is less desirable. There is a graveyard, as well as a mosque within walking distance, which is bad in terms of feng shui and prayers could be heard during certain times of the day. There is also a fly-over in front of the development meaning that congestion as well as traffic noise is unavoidable.
