    The price tag of Sierra Damansara seems right for the semi-detached homes with numerous advantages. Others semi-detached houses within Kota Damasara are tagged within the same price range, such as Seri Utama, Bayu Damansara and The Residency. Sierra Damansara has the best design among them, with modern colours accent. Besides that, it is better located near to main road and commercial areas. The only drawback of Sierra Damansara is its leasehold tenure that will limit its appreciation potential. But hey, all properties in Kota Damansara are all leasehold.
