Tiara View is located in a popular tourist destination, but there are certainly better choices should the holiday makers want to visit simply because although the property is on Tanjung Bungah, its quite far away from the beach. Being a medium cost housing apartment, the chargeable rent would not be very high as well. The traffic leading to Jalan Batu Ferringhi via Jalan Lembah Permai is also horrendous throughout the day, as the road is considered to be a shortcut to Batu Ferringhi from Georgetown. For investment purposes, it is a viable option to consider purchasing for renting out Tiara View for short term rentals to holiday makers.
