Also within the development is the Mid Valley Residence which is dedicated exclusively to the upmarket.Access to Wisma UOA is slightly more complicated than it appears to be, as even though it sits just off the Federal Highway, it is not directly accessible from the highway itself. Access to this building is only via the Jalan Pantai Baru, where residents will need to turn off from Federal Highway onto Lingkungan Budi which would then connect to Jalan Pantai Baru. Access via LRT is by far much easier as a station is located immediately within the building itself.

    UOA Group is a familiar name in the commercial property development industry in the country. The company is originated from Australia and has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) since 1987. Besides Wisma UOA Damansara II, the company also developed several other commercial and residential properties such as Bangsar South, Plaza Menjalara, Villa Yarl and Menara UOA Bangsar.Although Wisma UOA is strategically located in the sense that it has excellent visibility on the Federal Highway, getting to the building is quite problematic for motorists who do not know their way around the area. Even for those who know the area will find the traffic quite unbearable, especially during peak hours when traffic on the Federal Highway is at a standstill.The entire building of Wisma UOA appeared to not be very well done in the beginning stages, especially when paint started peeling and black dirt accumulated on the walls, making the office building an eyesore on the highway. Passerby on the LRT also find the building quite eerily quiet and empty from the inside when they pass through the station. The building has been undergoing a repainting job to transform it from a dirty orangey brown to grey in the past few months, but progress is extremely slow.
