Jade Tower is considered to be a very well located condominium close to the city of Kuala Lumpur. Its location is however also has its disadvantage, as traffic is a serious issue in the city centre. As such, residents may well expect to see mild congestion at all times of the day, where traffic during peak hours can come to a total standstill.Although Ampang is considered to be a prime area home to many expatriates, there is however a good mix of lower end homes on the outskirts such as Jade Tower; and as such residents here are from the lower and lower middle income group. The area is however quite safe, with no complaints of robberies or thefts as of yet.Jade Tower is nevertheless not a good place to invest in, due to its leasehold title which will impair its price appreciation in the coming years. It is however an ideal place to rent out to families, due to its excellent connectivity via public transportation. It is also a good place to call home, especially for families who work in the city centre and are on a budget for a home.
