Paragon 93 is a development of Paragon Mastery, a firm which had launched and completed properties namely Paragon 129, Paragon 202 and Paragon 3. This residence was launched in the year 2010 and for the early bird promotion, the developer offered 5% discount up to RM47,983, free gift voucher worth RM5,000, free legal fees for S&P, free MOT for S&P and free legal fees and stamp duty for loan agreement.Paragon 93 was launched with the price of RM430,000 onwards, and after completion on 2013, this residence has a subsale price of over RM580,000. This residence can also get a monthly rental of RM1,900 per month due to its strategic location that is close to several education institutions. However, the developer has some bad reputation due to their previous development that was not completed on time and was slightly over priced. Yet, this residence was completed on time and even though there are are some concerns over the location, which is located right beside a water tank on a slope, yet most of the units are sold out and very few are up for grab now.
