With its fantastic feel of serene natures and the green surrounding of Kenny Hills, Belvedere is a perfect escape from the busy and loud life of the Malaysia capital.Even though Belvedere is very old and really looks dated, it is well maintained and its security is tight. It is a good rental yield asset as most investors are currently enjoying above 7% gross rental yield upon their unit. However, with only about 80 years of leasehold period remaining, the investment is not that very attractive after all.
