    PJ Development Holdings Group is a familiar name in property development industry. Even though "PJ" stands for Petaling Jaya, the company does not limit itself developing Petaling Jaya area as they have several developments out of the area, including in Butterworth, Kulai and Kuantan. Besides Kensington Park, PJ Development also developed Hartamas Regency 1, Hartamas Regency 2 and Endah Villa to name a few. Its latest projects are Swiss Garden Residences, Siarah Oakleaf, Ocean View Residences, Sovereign.There is DUKE Highway located right next to Kensington Park. Thus, residents might suffer noise coming from the vehicles passing by the highway. Besides, it is an eye-sore to the residents who lived right next to the highway. In addition, traffic congestion is another problem suffered by residents of Kensington Park. As the roads nearby connect Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara to Jalan Kuching and Jalan Duta, these roads are heavily used by the residents of the areas to commute to work. Hence, traffic jam is a common situation to happen every morning and evening. The facade of Kensington Park looks nice but not very consistent with the image of exclusivity and modern living in Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara vicinity. As it adopts a very European and tropical look for its exterior design. But if you prefer resort style living instead of modern, then this residential is for you. Looking at its pricing, terrace houses of Kensington Park seem to be among the cheapest ones in the area. Most landed houses such as Duta Tropika and Hartamas Heights are tagged above RM1.3 million.
