Ayers Tower is located at a pretty convenient area as the shop lots area is sited just a short drive away, making it extremely convenient for those who are staying alone or renting rooms at Ayers Tower. The condominium is very old and really looks like a run-down condominium. Despite its great location and great amenities surrounding it, it really needs a fresh coat of paint to restore its glory days. Do expect traffic congestions especially when Ayers Tower is sited so near to 2 schools which make it even worse during the mornings and evenings. Not to mention, Jalan Ampang is known for its traffic congestions during rush hours and rainy days.
