This might be one of the flats that is affordable for all and delivers good money to its owners. Furthermore, with the revival of a residential development project that was abandoned 11 years ago, the area is looking to be developed even more with a proposed alternative route for the convenience of the residents nearby that is in discussion with Rapid Penang. However, some of the units at Puncak Erskine are directly facing the Chinese cemetery and to some, this might not be good Feng Shui if one is superstitious about issues like this. Just try to look for the units which are facing the other side of the cemetery.
