This high density condominium might appear to be a bit too crowded for some. However, in terms of yielding rental income, this is among the best. Average rental yield is about 7% to 8%. This might be one of the flats that is affordable for all and delivers good money to its owners. Furthermore, with the revival of a residential development project that was abandoned 11 years ago, the area is looking to be developed even more with a proposed alternative route for the convenience of the residents nearby that is in discussion with Rapid Penang.
