PlaygroundAnalysis
Taman Sri Aman would be ideal for the lower-middle class income group as it provides comfort and convenience at a largely affordable price. It's close proximity to many amenities as well as KL City Center proves to be invaluable. The bustling hub of Cheras South will most certainly be able to provide many job opportunities that are not far from home. Most of the houses in Taman Sri Aman are aged and worn, therefore potential buyers should take into consideration extra funds required for renovation or at least a new coat of paint. It's close proximity to Cheras-Kajang highway may be a nuisance to some as it contributes largely to sound and air pollution.Furthermore, traffic congestion is almost inevitable due to the large population in Cheras. Some may speculate that the area is currently over congested. Garbage woes and air pollution have been a constant issue for residents of Taman Sri Aman. The issue seem to be due to the fact that the rubbish there is only collected once or twice in a week. As such, some residents have resorted to dumping garbage nearby.Residents of Taman Sri Aman have already issued a complaint to Alam Flora but was told that "there was no allocation for (communal) garbage bins in their neighborhood". Moreover, there are complaints that the factory operating nearby have caused air pollution and residents have reported that their cars will be covered in dust every morning. Security might be a prevailing issue within the vicinity, especially Taman Rasa Sayang. There have been reports of snatch thefts along Jalan Besar Rasa Sayang. There is also the issue of lack of signboards towards Taman Sri Aman from the main road as many motorists do not know where it is.
