Just metres away from home however, is the Bukit Jambul Sports Complex where visitors may utilise the facilities for a fee. There is a Petron petrol station just down the road, as well as an Alliance Bank within a mere 150 metres. Seri Nibung is one of the most well located apartments in Bukit Jambul as it sits just next to the main trunk road. There is, however, a drawback to this, as this very same trunk road is very heavily travelled during peak hours, where residents have problems getting home. The turn off to the Jalan Bukit Gambir which is the residential area's main road is also usually heavily congested, especially after work hours.The neighbourhood of Seri Nibung is also a busy one with the Bukit Jambul Sports Complex just metres away, and Wisma Malvest located just beside the apartment. The lifestyle here is hence a very noisy one where residents usually do not get any peace and quiet until the wee hours of the night. Seri Nibung has seen better days. With the apartment more than 15 years old, its walls are weather worn and in bad need of a new coat of paint. Prices of the apartment are also unusually steep especially for a leasehold property, hence investors might look to avoid this apartment in lieu of better choices. Those looking for permanent homes will also be able to find better options at a much lower price compared to the Seri Nibung apartment.
