Imagine coming home to a scenic view of the hills of Kota Kinabalu and also the night lights of the Kota Kinabalu city centre, it will not be a dream if you are staying at The Peak Condo as the Signal Hill is a famous hotspot for those who love to be near mother nature but also do not want to be too secluded from the hustles and bustles of the city life. The Peak Condo would be perfect for you if you love some peace and quiet and also not surrounded by only concrete jungles. Expatriates would love it here as one can enjoy the cool breeze staying on the hills along with a cup of tea by the pool overlooking the South China Sea and also the Likas Bay on the East. However, as perfect as it may sound, there were also several crimes that had happened on Signal Hill. A couple was robbed near the Signal Hill Observatory which is a famous night spot for the breath taking city view of Kota Kinabalu. They were not aware that there were 3 men armed with following them as the place is not very brightly lit. The price tag of The Peak Condo is on the high side as the condominium is small and only contains 2 bedrooms. It is only suitable to couples with one or two small kids or single expatriates.
