Even though Meadow Park 1 offers full condominium facilities, its exterior looks more like an apartment though. It looks old, run down and not well maintained. Parking is an issue if you opt to stay here. Most residents have more than a car, and opt to park outside of the condominium. However, the roadsides are shared between all Meadow 1, 2 and 3 residents. Hence, if you have more than a car, you might have to walk a bit far if you come back late from work. The price of Meadow Park 1 in 2009 was about RM160,000. Thus, the price has not appreciate much for the past few years. However, one might found units are auctioned at auction houses sometimes (which is rare) at reserved price about RM129,000. It is a good buy if you are in a tight budget, as it does not vary much compared to Meadow Park 2 which looks more decent but still comes with the same facilities and similar design.
