Many have commented that 288 Residency is worth the investment as it has a bigger built-up size as compared to UOA's Setapak Green which many have claimed is 288 Residency’s direct competitor. There are many comparisons going on between 288 Residency and Setapak Green; and one clear point is that Setapak Green has an unobstructed view of the KL City Centre. Some potential buyers were skeptical about the high end development located near to low cost apartments and they were somehow not pleased with the fact that the property is situated near to a paper mill. However, these factors appear not to be an issue to most potential buyers of 288 Residency following the proven success of 222 Residency located just next to it.
