    Danau Lumayan was awarded a concessionaire by the Federal Government and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur to develop the area of Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras with a total land area of 102 acres and build-able area of 65 acres. This shop-office development was amongst those completed just in 2008 and the strata title has been released as well. The developer’s other notable projects within the area are The Lumayan Apartments, Mentari Condominiums, and the upcoming Lake Avenue, which will be a more up-market business district. Finishing and specifications of the shop-offices are pretty basic. Nothing fancy but a good alternative for those looking for an affordable lettable shop unit.
