Tudor Court is a nice and cozy property that is low-dense and nicely contained. The building however is looking tired, and in need of a new coat of paint on its exterior. Even the grilles, gates and fencing are rusty and worn. Not all parking lots at Tudor Court are sheltered, but there is plenty of room to park surrounding the units. There are no schools close enough to walk to and hardly any facilities on the grounds except for a mini market and 24hr security. The entrance of Tudor Court is along the busy main road of Jalan Dedap where vehicles traverse to other parts of the neighborhood. There is a RapidKL bus stop in front of the apartment that will take commuters into the city. KLCC though is only 6km away along with other major parts of the city. If you are working in the city and want a quiet and affordable place to live, Tudor Court is a good choice as rental is only RM600 if you need a cozy place to come home to. Subsale price is between RM90,000 for an auctioned unit up till RM130,000 for a renovated unit.
