Analysis

Greenlane Heights is a very high density development with total of about 2,000 units within the entire development. Even though the latter phases look more decent and offer better facilities, the entire development is lacking of exclusivity due to the high density factor and the mix of low to high-end apartments. In terms of traffic, most roads within the area is busy, but not too congested. The traffic gets heavy towards Jalan Tembaga and Jalan Besi towards the main traffic light.
