There are some potential buyers for Indah Elite claim that they are concerned about some health issues when they found out that the land opposite are fully built with factory and they were told by the security guards that during the night, the air is polluted by the factories nearby and thus affecting the value of the properties. However, home owners of Indah Elite did not complain about any sort of air pollution or sound pollution coming from the factories but some homeowners did express their thoughts on the poor house quality.
