  • Analysis

The very fact that owning a unit at Jermal Court costs almost half a million Ringgit speaks volumes on how valuable the location of this building is. This low-density apartment assures its occupants of a quiet and peaceful living despite residing in close proximity to half a dozen schools, colleges, medical centers and markets.Having said that, living in a building located on a main road also means having to live with heavy traffic. You can expect to be stuck in a jam especially if you travel along Jalan Bagan Jermal on a daily basis. Second of all, Jermal Court is only 4-storey high but comes with no lifts so the living area may not be suitable for elderly folks who cannot climb stairs. Each apartment unit is also only given one car park slot so it might be a problem for folks with more than one car living under a single unit. Also, do note that as the building is more than a decade old, you should consider budgeting in renovation costs as well. Jermal Court is most suited for young couples, single professionals and students studying around that area.
