    The area is just nice for exclusive residence development, as Summerhill Villas is well surrounded with abundance of greenery and there is no high rise development planned nearby (yet). The response from buyers is very good at first – Summerhill Villas was launched on 29th August 2009 and 15 semi-detached units were already sold in 5 days. The good response was due to the goodies thrown by the developer that include free legal fees for S&P and loan documentation, free interest until vacant possession and free security fee for the first year – which were only available till 31st August. However, quite a number of the buyers of Summerhill Villas have cancelled their purchase as the number of units available increased, with just 4 units sold as on March 2010. Among the drawbacks found is its close proximity to white sand quarry, white bricks storage, rubbish dump trucks parking area, construction trucks parking area and a rubbish dump. On top of that, some claimed that the design is too narrow for a modern exclusive semi-detached house.
