There have however been whispers online regarding their unethical behaviour, where there have been accusations on their integrity regarding monies.Krystal Point is however an undoubtedly successful development, and is highly sought after. Traffic is smooth flowing during the day; however, it is quite a pain during peak hours and lunch hours. All the roads leading towards the Tun Dr Awang roundabout during this time are highly congested to the point of a complete traffic standstill.Krystal Point appears to be an excellent investment; however, buyers should bear in mind that the property is leasehold and therefore its value will drop the closer it gets to the lease expiry date. In the meantime, Krystal Point however seems to provide good rental yield.
