Rentals used to start from RM1,100 for the standard units in year 2008, however, rental rates have appreciated to RM1,600 and can even go up to RM1,800 depending on the furnishings. Prices per unit have also gone up within these few years - whereby a basic unit used to be priced around RM295,000 it has now appreciated to more than RM400,000 in just within 5 years.
