    Analysis

    Although Century Park can be considered 'ancient' with the building being twelve years old, it still holds some nostalgic elements to it. The Sungai Nibong express bus terminal, Sungai Nibong Rapid bus hub and Bukit Jambul Complex and Sungai Nibong taxi stands link the residents to any part of Penang and beyond. Some of these are even within walking distance. Primary and secondary schools are quite a distance away, although Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Sunshine Child Centre are nearby. The condominium is therefore better suited for middle income families or young parents.The developers of Century Park cannot be located at the moment. They have went missing along with the whole block title. Therefore, any auction unit from this development must be paid in cash as bank loans are not possible. Those who have not yet transferred their strata title from the developer have to take extra measures and seek consultation from relevant bodies.
