Analysis
Villa Bukit Tunku is a great place to call home. Its low density feature with green surrounding making it the 'place' to unwind after a stressful day at work. There are only a few green pockets left in the vicinity, and comparing to the others (such as Bukit Antarabangsa, Taman TAR and Kemensah), Kenny Hills is definitely the best. In terms of pricing, Villa Bukit Tunku is relatively cheap comparing to other newer condominiums in the vicinity such as Intan Kenny and Tijani 2 North that have already reaching RM900 psf. However, other old condominiums such as Seri Duta I, Sri Kenny and Sri Bukit Tunku are tagged just slightly higher than Villa Bukit Tunku, at RM430 onwards.
