Sinaran Ukay is about 800m away from the infamous Highland Towers and the landslide site of 2008 Bukit Antarabangsa landslide. Landslide is a main concern for anyone who wanted to live in this condominium. Besides that, from the façade itself, one can easily agree that Sinaran Ukay is not well managed and maintained. The paint is very dull and faded. According to the residents, the negligence from the management is because of conflict within joint-management body (JMB) itself. Indeed, this is among the cheapest and still decent condominium to stay in Klang Valley within KL city centre area. It is almost impossible for one to find a condominium for just around RM100,000 plus these days. Comparing to Riverdale Park, Sinaran Ukay is a better choice as it comes with condominium facilities for such budget. Even though this sounds like a grab, the price does not seem to appreciate much further.
