    The price of Villaria seems to be stagnant for the past few years. It was asked for around RM170,000 – RM180,000 since 2007. Sometimes, one can even find units being auctioned from time to time. However, it is advisable that one bargains from direct owner or agent instead of bidding from the auction house as most units here are very run down and need to be refurbish before it can be rented out or live in. Villaria is a cool place to stay if you are in limited budget and want to stay close to the city centre. Even though it looks run down inside out, most of its facilities are functional and usable.
