As The Mayfair has a unique heritage front entrance and lobby, this condo is easily noticeable when one travels along Northam Road. The developer has adopted a mixture of both heritage and contemporary building designs which makes The Mayfair different from many other high rise developments. Furthermore, its color combination is certainly another point which adds to the condo’s class.The Mayfair may be located along the "Millionaire's Row" which is deemed to be a famous place to stay among the rich back then. However, this road has now become a popular spot for commercial purposes as there are more corporate towers / offices along this road than residential buildings. So, heavy traffic flow is a common issue at Northam Road, particularly on weekdays. Other than that, the whole road and surrounding areas are also quite dark during night time. Thus, it may be dangerous for property owners to drive along this road on late nights. Residents at The Mayfair enjoy absolute privacy as there are only 2 units per floor and each unit comes with a private lift.
